Rahel Ild, known as ‘Rahel The Amazon’ is a master of calisthenics. What began as a hobby nine years ago, has exploded into a movement. Her goal? To break the old stereotypes of women. Those bars in the park, they’re not only for men. Women have a right to them too.

Working with everyday women across London, Rahel is an inspiration, building their strength and also their confidence.

We were drawn to her energy and had to capture one of her high impact sessions.
